Challenge
     A leading Japanese Travel Agency had serious bottlenecks in communicating with their franchisees located in various parts of Japan, in providing them with Brochures, Ticketing and Promotional information etc. All franchises request brochures when they are out of stock with the franchisees. They are also sent in brochures and promotional information and material from time to time. The management of information about if and when a franchisee has received or will receive the brochures/phamplets/promotional materials, the order processing of them has been a night mare. Computer Systems were available to support but were not integrated.

Solution
     Division of the country into four regions, supporting the regions with Weblogic servers which receive orders and dispatch information to the franchisees on the status of their request by the click of a button, and integrating the servers into a centralized server which communicates and integrates the disparate systems. The application was developed with J2EE technology enabled the customer to be able to process the distribution and also helped the franchisees to be aware of the status of their requests and HOT PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL available to their desktop as soon as they were announced
